Terms, Policies & Extras:

The check-in time is 12:00 Noon, and check-out time is 10 A.M. Early check-in/late check-out will only be given subject to availability and will be charged extra. Requests for upgrades and extra beds are subject to availability, will be charged extra, and must be informed in advance.

We do not serve non-vegetarian food, nor do we allow the same at The SWAY Resort. Any damage to equipment and grounds will be borne by the user. Anything not included in the itinerary will be charged extra as per actual costs. No insurance will be provided for any injuries while playing. All on-demand facilities like umpires, groundsmen, and scorers, etc., will be provided at extra cost and require at least two weeks' prior notice.

Taxes: GST is extra as per applicable rates.

Accommodations: Accommodations are subject to availability. Any accommodations offered are tentative and may be changed to a similar category at any time. Prices are subject to change. No refunds will be provided in case of cancellations due to natural, social, or political circumstances.

Itineraries: Itineraries are tentative and day plans may change due to weather conditions. All government taxes are subject to change at any time. Any changes in the currently applicable taxes will reflect in the rates offered and will alter the overall costing for the event accordingly.

Child Policy:

• Children below 5 years are complimentary without an extra bed.

• Extra child aged above 12 years: 3000 INR + tax/night without extra bed.

• Extra child aged 12 years and above: Extra bed and meal prices respective to the adult room/meal plan will be applicable if needed.
